Welcome to Invisible Ink (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to our copywriting services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Scope of Services

We offer professional copywriting services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Website Copy

• Blog Posts

• Social Media Content

• Email Campaigns

• Product Descriptions

• Advertising Copy

2. Subscription Plans

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the selected subscription plan:

• Scribble(copy only): Unlimited pieces of content per month completed one-at-a-time for 499.00 USD per month.

• Doodle (copy and design): Unlimited pieces of content completed one-at-a-time per month for 899.00 USD per month..

• Agency: Contact us for a custom quote. 

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription fees will be automatically billed on a monthly basis and are due on the day your $99 7-day trial ends.

3.2 Late payments may incur a late fee of [10]% per month.

3.3 Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

4. Delivery of Services

4.1 Content will be delivered in their respective formats [Word document, Google Docs, .JPG, .PNG] by [Asana and Google Drive.].

4.2 Turnaround time for each piece of content is subject to the Service & Delivery Timeline Chart.

4.3 [1] revision per piece of content is included. 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to provide all necessary information and materials required for content creation in a timely manner.

5.2 You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content within [3] business days of receipt. Failure to provide feedback within this period will be considered acceptance of the content.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Upon full payment, you will own the copyright to the content provided.

6.2 We retain the right to use the content as part of our portfolio for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of these Terms of Service.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 These Terms of Service are effective on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis until terminated by either party with 1 days' written notice.

8.2 Either party may terminate these Terms of Service immediately in the event of a material breach by the other party.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms of Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you under these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

12. Amendments

Any amendments or modifications to these Terms of Service must be in writing and signed by both parties.
